Bedell Fund Services is experienced in providing all the services necessary to administer a fund of funds – which may be invested in a variety of asset classes, including property and private equity. Our team deals with fund administrators in the many jurisdictions where fund investments may be held.
We provide investment monitoring, cash management and investor reporting for fund of funds structures, as well as custody arrangements for fund investments, and nominee/escrow arrangements for investments or cash. We are equally happy to outsource to third parties, provided that corporate governance and regulatory oversight is undertaken by the general partner or manager.
Our compliance, money laundering compliance and money laundering reporting officers provide regulatory and compliance oversight for the jurisdictions relevant to each fund. We carry out full corporate governance of the fund and/or general partner and recommend the services of a pool of experienced non-executive directors for independent scrutiny.
