Bedell Channel Islands Limited (BCI) was admitted to membership of the Channel Islands Stock Exchange (CISX) in 1999. As a category 1 listing member, we are authorised to act as a sponsor on all categories of listings.
Our BCI team has considerable experience of acting as sponsor and/or adviser to a significant number of CISX-listed debt securities and investment funds – particularly asset-backed securities, convertible bonds, PIK notes and loan notes, and fund securities.
Recent clients have included major UK corporates taking advantage of the quoted Eurobond exemption, and mining and oil exploration companies seeking a listing to satisfy investor requirements. Increasingly, private equity investors are listing debt securities as part of their investment structure.

- British Telecommunications plcAt the end of March 2011 Bedell Cristin Jersey acted for British Telecommunications plc on an additional issue and admission to the Official List of the Channel Islands Stock Exchange by a BT Group Company, BT Group Investments Limited, of GBP 783,700,000 Series A Unsecured Loan Notes due February 2015.
- Topps MK Holdings LimitedActed in relation to the listing of £37,920,000 fixed rate unsecured loan notes due 2014.
- Dnata Catering Services Limited Bedell Channel Islands Limited acted as listing sponsor for Dnata Catering Services Limited in relation to the listing of £40 million Unsecured Loan Notes on the Channel Islands Stock Exchange, which were admitted on the Official List on 29 December 2010.
