Our approach is realistic and commercial. Where possible, we use our skills in negotiation and mediation to help clients achieve an out of court settlement. But some trust cases are contentious, and we have acted for major trust companies and banks in some of the biggest, most complex breach of trust actions to have come before the courts. We also vigorously pursue claims on behalf of beneficiaries and, where called for, restitution of trust funds.
