Dina joined Bedell Cristin in April 2012 after working at another leading law firm in Jersey where she completed her training contract and qualified as an English Solicitor, thereafter working in the banking and finance team, advising on a range of banking, restructuring and insolvency matters, including security and enforcement, insolvency procedures and director's duties together with more general corporate advice.
Dina is a member of the litigation team and advises on a variety of matters including contentious trust, banking, regulatory and insolvency. Dina has advised clients on a range of matters ranging from complex trust disputes (including advising trustees on potential breach of trust claims), injunctive relief and insolvency to regulatory issues such as compliance with sanctions orders and competition advice. Dina also has experience of mediation.
Dina is a member of the Association Internationale des Jeunes Avocats (AIJA) (International Association of Young Lawyers) and is fluent in Arabic.
