Stephen joined the firm as a partner of Bedell Cristin BVI in February 2012. He was formerly the founder of award winning BVI law firm Barker Adams. Prior to establishing Barker Adams, Stephen was the Senior Corporate Partner at Walkers office in the BVI and prior to that, a member of Baker Mackenzie's international tax group in Hong Kong.
Stephen has over 15 years' offshore legal experience and advises on a full range of corporate matters including banking, mergers, acquisitions, investment funds, hedge funds, alternative investment, financing and capital market transactions.
Stephen has been recognised by the leading legal directories as a
"leading lawyer" in the BVI.
