Edward is head of Bedell Cristin's International Private Client group.
He qualified as a Jersey Advocate in 1996 and became a partner in 1998. Edward is also a Jersey Notary Public and holds the STEP Advanced Certificate in Family Business Advising.
Edward has considerable experience advising local and international clients on all aspects of trusts, foundations and related corporate and commercial law issues - he frequently advises on the establishment, restructuring and ongoing administration of fiduciary structures holding a variety of assets located around the world.
He has been recognised by the Legal 500 as being "very good" and Chambers 2013 report that clients say he delivers "great client care, is commercial and easy to work with." Edward has also been recognised as a "prominent figure" in the "Leading Trustees" category and has appeared in the "Honours List" in the "Leading Lawyers" category in the 2012 and 2013 Citywealth Leaders List. Edward is regularly invited to speak at client seminars and presentations.
