James advises professional trustees and intermediaries in the Channel Islands, Geneva and internationally on all aspects of Jersey trust law to include the settlement, ongoing operation and restructuring of trusts. James further advises on all related company and commercial law issues.
James has also worked closely with UK law firms on the creation of family limited partnerships pursuant to the Limited Partnerships (Jersey) Law 1994.
