Mark Taylor was the advocate for the plaintiffs in the long running Alhamrani case. The matter commenced in 2003 and was a full time commitment involving numerous Court appearances both in the Royal court and the Appeal court. The actual trial which commenced in late 2008 ran for 103 days. Prior to that case Mark's work mainly involved trust disputes and insolvency related applications.
Chambers 2012 recognise Mark as "a good, solid commercial lawyer." The Legal 500 2011/12 directory say Mark "litigates large cases with less fluster and stress than many advocates would express in much smaller disputes".
