Michael is Managing Director of Bedell Fund Services. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1995 and joined Bedell Trust Jersey in 1998. Michael was initially employed to manage the portfolio of corporate administration business at that time - which included the administration of fund vehicles, structured finance vehicles and employee benefit trusts. He was the key person managing the exponential growth of the institutional/corporate client business. This ultimately led to his appointment as a Director in 2008. Since 2008, Michael has focussed his efforts on fund administration and particularly Bedell Funds compliance with fund legislation. Michael was appointed the Managing Director of Bedell Fund Services in 2010. He remains a focal point for accounting issues arising in fund/structured finance entities.
