Claire is a Director of Bedell Fund Services Limited. Initially specialising in Private Wealth Management, Claire began her career in the offshore finance industry in 1993 and joined Bedell in 1997.
In 2007, Claire transferred to the Corporate team to focus on the management and development of the Private Equity Fund administration business line of the Trust Company in Jersey.
Claire played a key role in the implementation of the Fund Services Business Codes of Practice introduced by the Jersey Financial Services Commission which included the development of specific policies, procedures and a comprehensive framework to ensure and demonstrate compliance.
In addition to providing senior management to a team of dedicated managers and administrators, Claire works closely with promoters and managers in relation to a number of close ended Fund structures for international investors invested in predominantly private equity but also real estate, infrastructure and Fund of Funds. Claire will often attend meetings of the regulated General Partners/Managers and the associated ancillary Companies as a member of the Board.
Professional: MSC in corporate governance, Associate of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (ACIS).
