Simon joined the firm from Walkers where he was managing partner of the office in the British Virgin Islands. He advises fund managers/promoters on the formation and re-organisation of fund structures and advises funds and investors on investments and exits. Based in Jersey, Simon provides advice on both Jersey and BVI structures. He is a regular speaker at events in Jersey, Guernsey, London and New York.
Simon is a partner in the firm's Investment Funds and Private Equity group and head of our BVI legal practice.
Simon has been recognised by the Legal 500 directory for his "excellent industry understanding and experience from several jurisdictions". He is also acknowledged by Chambers Research 2011 for being "Proactive, gives quick views and gets on with it."
