Zillah is a partner in the International Private Client group with more than 25 years' experience in the offshore finance industry. She advises in relation to Jersey law trusts for high net worth and high profile individuals and works with trust companies and leading law firms on international and estate planning issues. Her advice covers all aspects of Jersey trust law, including the establishment, ongoing operation and restructuring of trusts, the establishment of private trust companies and the applicable financial services law and regulatory requirements. Zillah also advises in relation to philanthropy and the creation and use of foundations.
Chambers 2013 Legal Directory says that Zillah is "a pleasure to work with, consistently demonstrating a high level of expertise in trust matters" and Chambers Research 2013 recognises her as being "very bright and thorough, user-friendly, flexible, always available and great to work with."
