Our International Finance group operates a well established Trust and Corporate Service Provider business in the City through Bedell Trust Ireland, with a team offering extensive industry experience and providing a comprehensive suite of administration services to finance entities. Led by local resident directors, Derek Maltby and Nigel Woods, we work closely with arrangers and intermediaries who choose to use Ireland for their transactions with our main focus being the domicile and administration of all types of capital markets structures used in aircraft finance, securitisation, corporate debt funding, life settlements, holding companies and cross border financing.
With the Bedell brand now well established in Dublin, upon obtaining local regulatory approval our Fund Services group is set to add Ireland to the list of locations where it acts as a Fund Administrator through the creation of Bedell Fund Services Ireland.
