Atlantic Finance Limited: Acted as Jersey transaction counsel in relation to the US$1,250,000,000 8.75% percent Guaranteed note issuance by Atlantic Finance Limited. The proceeds of the note issuance were advanced to Aldar Properties PJSC which unconditionally guaranteed payments of principal and interest on the notes. The notes have been listed on the London Stock Exchange. The Joint Lead Managers were Barclays Capital, Goldman Sachs International, National Bank of Abu Dhabi and Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank.
