Bank of Scotland plc: advised in connection with the Jersey law aspects of a £1.1 billion joint venture with Australian based Valad Property Group. Bank of Scotland plc and Valad formed a joint venture to hold UK and European assets and to assume associated debt facilities. Bank of Scotland plc also provided new facilities to the joint venture vehicle.
