Ethos Private Equity Fund V: Acted for Ethos Private Equity Limited, the largest South African private equity house, in connection with the establishment and structuring of this private equity fund which comprises a series of Jersey and South African limited partnerships. The fund will invest in South African entities and the Jersey limited partnerships are administered by Bedell Trust Company Limited.
