Anthony Dessain is assisted day to day by Rob Gardner, who has significant experience in cross border insolvency scenarios.

The team has particular expertise in insolvencies with an international element and has been involved in many significant international insolvencies and has been at the cutting edge for many years of developing Jersey law on assisting foreign officeholders and seeking assistance from the courts of other jurisdictions and has been central in promoting Jersey as an international financial centre with a co-operative insolvency regime.
Amongst other high profile matters the team is currently advising the liquidators of the Belgravia Group on the collapse of this complex fund administration and management business, the Viscount in relation to the recognition of the UK administrators of Woolworths plc and the boards of certain Russian companies on significant restructurings.
