Prior to moving to the Island in 1993, Lisa practised with leading law firm Johnson Stokes & Master in Hong Kong and Chambers in London. She acts for high-net worth individuals, leading banks and local trust companies. In particular, she advises trustees and beneficiaries in contentious and non contentious applications to the Royal Court, including applications to vary or rectify trusts, prosecuting or defending breach of trust claims, acting to resolve beneficiary disputes, and enforcement of beneficiary information rights.
She has considerable experience on behalf of both plaintiffs and defendants in relation to obtaining or challenging freezing orders and orders for disclosure of information and the provision of assistance to foreign courts in the taking of evidence.
Lisa is noted by Chambers Research 2009/10 as being "very friendly, very efficient and responsive" and has been commended by Legal 500 for "diligence and excellent case management."
