Geoff Simms is the Executive Director of Bedell Trust UK, having trained as an investment banker. He joined the Group from the London branch of Danske Bank, where he was head of securitisation and structured products. He has also worked in senior securitisation roles at ANZ Investment Bank, ING Barings and BZW, now know as Barclays Capital. Geoff was Deputy Treasurer of The Mortgage Corporation.

Geoff has extensive experience in establishing and administering ABCP conduits, as well as originating and structuring securitisation transactions.
