Martin is head of the Investment Funds and Private Equity group. He has considerable offshore finance and investment fund experience, particularly in relation to property funds and private equity funds, and his practice area also encompasses banking and corporate work.
Martin regularly speaks and participates in many industry events and is a member of a number of Jersey Finance/Jersey Funds Association working groups which examine topical funds issues.
Martin is recognised in the Chambers 2010 legal directory as "strong technically and has contributed to the development of law on the island." he has also been acknowledged by the Legal 500 directory as "responsive, practical and solution driven."
