Expertise: Capital markets and structured finance.

Stephen joined the firm in January 2008 after having spent three years in the corporate department of another Jersey law firm. He has a wide range of experience in corporate matters with particular emphasis on structured finance and capital markets transactions.

He is currently studying to be admitted to the Jersey bar.
