Mark has extensive experience in international banking, structured finance and asset finance work having acted for many leading banks and financial institutions on a range of innovative transactions.
Mark's banking experience includes property finance, project finance, acquisition finance and syndicated lending. He also has extensive experience in advising leading Jersey banks on a range of domestic transactions. Mark also advises banks on enforcement options as regards defaulting loan transactions.
Before joining Bedell Cristin, Mark was a partner in the Banking and Projects Group of Theodore Goddard in the City of London and (after its merger) Addleshaw Goddard.
He is reognised as a leading practitioner by Chambers 2010, which acknowledges that Mark “is noted for his well-regarded banking practice and his skilled work in insolvency and derivatives.” He is also recognised by Chambers Research 2009/10 as having "a lot of technical experience and acumen."
