Anthony Dessain is the Senior Partner of Bedell Group. He specialises in insolvency and trust law and heads the Insolvency team.
He is the co-author with Michael Wilkins, Jersey's Viscount, of the recently published third edition of 'Jersey Insolvency and Asset Tracking' published by Keyhaven Publications. He has co-edited the Institute of Directors 'Guidelines for Jersey Directors' and contributed to 'Trusts for Europe' , Butterworth's 'Encyclopaedia of Forms and Precedents (Offshore trusts)' and to 'Investing in Property 'by Patrick Soares QC. He regularly speaks at national and international conferences.
He has been acknowledged by Legal 500 as "having an awesome intellect" and as "Jersey's top insolvency lawyer". He is recognised in Chambers Research as "...the most complete commercial lawyer in Jersey. ...his knowledge of international conflicts and ramifications is excellent."
