Peter heads the Banking and Corporate Finance group. He has considerable experience in corporate transactions having spent seven years with leading City law firm Allen & Overy before joining Bedell Cristin in 1996. Peter acts regularly for leading banks and financial institutions on complex instructions.
Peter is recognised as a leading practitioner by the principal legal directories and is acknowledged by the Legal 500 2009/10 as being "technically strong with strong commercial skills and logic". Chambers 2010 notes that he “is well respected by clients and peers for his commercial, responsive approach” and includes Peter in Band One in their “Leaders in their Field” listing. He is also recognised by Chambers Research 2010 as being "excellent, very commercial and good value for money".
