Protected cell and incorporated cell companies are available in both Jersey and Guernsey and have been successfully adopted for collective investment funds, captive insurance structures, structured finance products and holding company structures.
The Jersey team joined Jersey's first PCC investment fund, and the Guernsey team have been at the forefront of development of these structures for many years, including advisory work for a number of foreign governments and regulatory authorities.
