We acted for the Defendant Health Authority in relation to a complex clinical negligence case which went as far as the Privy Council, as did the seminal case of Pickersgill v Riley (2004) in which we were also involved. We have acted recently in relation to a long-running claim against a local bank for negligent investment advice and are currently acting in relation to an allegation of gross negligence manslaughter.
