Close Global Funds Limited: Advised in relation to the redomiciliation of this fund to Jersey from the Cayman Islands, the merger of the fund with Close International Foundation Funds Limited (the first such merger in Jersey) and the listing of the fund on the Channel Islands Stock Exchange. Close Global Funds Limited had over 6,000 shareholders and net assets of over £400 million upon the merger taking effect.
